What personally identifiable information does Medsupplyfinder, Inc. collect?

Some personal information is gathered when you register for MyIgor. During MyIgor registration, you are asked for your name, e-mail address, occupation, medical licensing information, credit card account information, billing address, and shipping address. Once you register for MyIgor you are no longer anonymous to Medsupplyfinder, Inc. - you are given a MyIgor ID and select a password.  When you log onto MyIgor using your MyIgor ID and password your past and current shopping lists, credit card account information, billing address, and shipping address are available for you to view and edit.  In addition, correspondence between you and MyIgor is also archived.  Finally, community member postings on our Shop Talk bulletin board are archived on our server.

How does Medsupplyfinder, Inc. use your information?

Medsupplyfinder, Inc.'s primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with customized customer service.  By knowing a little about you, Medsupplyfinder, Inc. is able to deliver more relevant content and features in order to better serve you. Medsupplyfinder, Inc. does research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration, during a promotion, or from our server log files. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis (i.e., NO personally identifiable information is included). Medsupplyfinder, Inc. may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners. With whom does Medsupplyfinder, Inc. share my information?

If you make a purchase through MyIgor, the information obtained during MyIgor’s visit to those merchant websites, and the information you give such as your shipping address, is provided to the merchants. This is to enable transactions to take place. Medsupplyfinder, Inc. does not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third parties. Merchants contacted by MyIgor have separate privacy and data collection practices. Medsupplyfinder Inc. has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. 

How does Medsupplyfinder, Inc. protect my personally identifiable information?

Any time we ask for a credit card number we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. As a global company Medsupplyfinder, Inc. has users all over the world. When you provide Medsupplyfinder, Inc. with personally identifiable information, that personally identifiable information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the personally identifiable information, such as to the United States or other countries. In addition, that personally identifiable information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered that personally identifiable information. Whenever Medsupplyfinder, Inc. handles personally identifiable information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, Medsupplyfinder, Inc. takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
